If you've got an Apple Mac computer running OS X, you can use these instructions to connect to your PlusNet webspace. You can connect to an FTP service using Finder, but if you want to upload files to your own space you will need to use an FTP (File Transfer Protocol) Program. There are many FTP programs available to download for free. We recommend Cyberduck for its ease of use. This guide shows you now to use Cyberduck, although you can probably use these instructions as a general guide for using most FTP programs.
