Terms and Conditions for the Free Month Offer

PlusNet are offering one month's free service to customers who are migrating from another broadband provider.

1. The offer is only available on migrations to residential broadband accounts, registered on or after 14th February 2008. Customers taking up the offer may also choose to get a free month of Home Phone service.

2. The closing date of this offer is 29th February 2008.

3. Customers taking up the offer will pay for their first month and then can request a refund via the Help Assistant. Refunds will be made, where possible, to the bank account if there is an active Direct Debit. All other payments will be made by cheque (we cannot refund to credit cards for this offer).

4. Only the subscription payment will be refunded. Any additional costs, such as for extra data transfer or phone calls, will be met by the customer.

5. All other Terms & Conditions associated with the chosen products are unaffected.
