- Front-end Web DeveloperThe role of the Web Development Designer is to ensure the good design and implement of HTML pages and templates for all PlusNet Technologies web vehicles, with the continual aim to improve upon and maintain their real estate and look and feel. The Web Designer should work to develop a consistent brand and product image, and have an awareness of the commercial impact of their work output.We're looking for an individual with a creative flair who should be well versed in HTML, JavaScript, and Photoshop as well as Fireworks, Dreamweaver and other web publishing technologies. It is key that the Web designer has a full understanding of the concept of web publishing to a dynamically built database driven website and has experience of working with SSI, Javascript and CSS.
- Web DesignerWe're looking for a creative thinking web designer to join our eMarketing team. You'll be required to work on a range of projects from online marketing material, emails, micro-sites and UI design, through to the occasional piece of print based design work too. You'll need to be an energetic and enthusiastic person to join this friendly and dynamic team, working in a fast paced environment where plenty of ideas and good communication skills are essential.
You should be well versed in all the usual software packages, and have a good knowledge of CSS/XHTML ideally with at least a couple of year's commercial experience.
- Web AnalystThe Web Analyst will fulfil an important role within the eMarketing strategy for PlusNet. Their experience of web analytics, search engine optimisation and electronic marketing techniques will provide the data to drive PlusNets online marketing strategy.
They will work closely with Web Designers and PHP programmers to improve data collection accuracy and SEO of the website. The Analyst will also interrogate the customer database to understand customers groups and behaviours. They will then use this data to help drive further changes to the website, improve overall customer satisfaction and focus our eMarketing campaigns to improve targeting and vehicle conversation.
- Technical Support Analyst (Fixed Term/Full-Time) Your role is to manage all incoming customer contacts within the Customer Support Centre of an IP service provision and associated products and services company, providing effective customer support in all instances.
